Where does Uncork Mexico deliver?
We offer free home delivery in the Puerto Vallarta area.
We also ship anywhere within Mexico for a flat shipping fee of $200 pesos.
How fast can I get my wines?
Puerto Vallarta area: we deliver within 24 business hours.
Other areas of Mexico: shipping and delivery between 3-7 business days.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are:
Mondays – Fridays from 9am-6pm
How much are the shipping & delivery fees?
Puerto Vallarta: free delivery on all orders above $1500 pesos. Orders below that amount incur a delivery fee of MXP $200.
Other areas of Mexico: flat shipping fee of MXP $200.
Return & Exchange Policy
Puerto Vallarta: we don’t offer any exchange or refunds once the wines have been delivered.
Other areas of Mexico: wines can’t be exchanged or refunded once they have been shipped.
Faulty wines and or broken bottles: all our shipments are 100% insured. In case your bottles arrive broken, we’ll issue you a refund or ship you another package to replace the broken bottles.
Wine Tastings Information
Can I reschedule or cancel my wine tasting once it’s been confirmed?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your tasting as long as you give us at least 7-days cancellation or reschedule notice. If we don’t receive the 7-day cancellation or reschedule notice, we won’t be able to refund or reschedule your tasting.
How long is a tasting?
It depends a lot on the group, but it should be no longer than two hours. Our motto is that we will start on time (sharp!) but will let you and your friends enjoy the moment, without rushing anyone.
Is food included in the tasting?
We will provide snacks that pair well with the wines in the tasting, but it won’t be a full meal. Think of your wine tasting as a pre-dinner event.
Can I add more attendees to the tasting?
Absolutely! You can have up to 8 attendees for any tasting (you included). Our price for the tastings is per person, so you just have to make the payment or ask your friends to make the payment for their tasting before hand. Can I buy the wines after the tasting?
Yes! We will receive orders after the wine tasting and schedule delivery at your convenience.
