Where does Uncork Mexico deliver?
We deliver in most neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias.
We also deliver to Puerto Vallarta Southern beaches between Conchas Chinas and Boca de Tomatlán.
How fast can I get my wines?
We will contact you within 1-business day after receiving your order to arrange your delivery.
We plan most deliveries for Monday-Saturday between 9am-2pm but will do our best to accommodate special requests on a case by case basis. If you are in a rush or have a specific schedule, please call us – we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are your business hours?
Our business hours are:
Mondays – Fridays from 9am-6pm
Saturdays from 9am-12pm
Are there specific delivery dates and times for each area?
Nope! We plan our routes based on the orders we get each day and make all deliveries within business hours.
We will contact within 1-business day after receiving your order to confirm the delivery details. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred location.
How much are the delivery fees?
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $1300 Mexican pesos. Orders below $1300 pesos will be charged a $200 pesos flat delivery fee.
Can I reschedule my delivery once it’s been confirmed?
Yes, you can reschedule your delivery as long as you give us 24 hours cancellation or reschedule notice. If we don’t receive the 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice, your delivery will be redeemed and you won’t be eligible for a free reschedule or credit for your $200 pesos delivery fee.
We offer two options in case you miss your delivery: you can pay $200 pesos delivery fee to have our team deliver again at a better time, or you can schedule a pick up at a time that works for us at our offices located in the Alta Vista neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: cash on delivery (Mexican Pesos, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars), Paypal or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
Can I get a refund or exchange my wines?
Sorry, we don’t offer any refunds, credits or exchanges once your order has been placed.
Wine Tastings Information
Can I reschedule or cancel my wine tasting once it’s been confirmed?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your tasting as long as you give us at least 7-days cancellation or reschedule notice. If we don’t receive the 7-day cancellation or reschedule notice, we won’t be able to refund or reschedule your tasting.
How long is a tasting?
It depends a lot on the group, but it should be no longer than two hours. Our motto is that we will start on time (sharp!) but will let you and your friends enjoy the moment, without rushing anyone.
Is food included in the tasting?
We will provide snacks that pair well with the wines in the tasting, but it won’t be a full meal. Think of your wine tasting as a pre-dinner event.
Can I add more attendees to the tasting?
Absolutely! You can have up to 8 attendees for any tasting (you included). Our price for the tastings is per person, so you just have to make the payment or ask your friends to make the payment for their tasting before hand. Can I buy the wines after the tasting?
Yes! We will receive orders after the wine tasting and schedule delivery at your convenience.
