You’ll taste/smell: here’s a Mexican rosé like non other! it’s a fresh rosé with great acidity making it just about right in sweetness. Very pleasant to drink very cold with nice alcohol balance too.

Good to have it with: fish tacos, fresh oysters, smoked marlin tostada, ceviche tostadas by the pool.

Best to have it: 46-50ºF, 8-10ºC

Clean, brilliant pale salmon in color. Balanced and pleasant notes of apricot, melon and strawberries notes in nose, translating delicately into the palate with just the right acidity.

The grapes mature slowly, surrounded by pine forests in a perfect contrast between the strong sun and the cold nights of the mountain, at more than two thousand a hundred meters in height, in the beautiful Sierra of Arteaga.
