Sauvignon Blanc Bodegas Henri Lurton 2016

Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Region: Santo Tomas Valley, Mexico

You’ll taste/smell: a nice Sauvignon with herbaceous flavors, so it’s fresh, dry and very aromatic. It’s not as mineral as a Sancerre but it has the right acidity balance and complex palate.

Good to have it with: fish and seafood such as ceviche Corvina, tiraditos or a plate of oysters. Try some sautéed calamari or calamari salad

Best to have it: 46-50 ºF, 8-10ºC
